Veldig fint hotell liggende ved elven. Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde en uheldig opplevelse dagen vi ankom, der kommunikasjonen mellom hotellet og restauranten ikke fungerte så bra. Vi fikk en veldig god kompensasjon for det som inkluderte oppgradering til junior suite. Hotellet satt oss i kontakt med turoperatør slik at vi fikk oppleve Mekong-deltaet.

the staff were very nice, she made sure my stay was comfortable and they offers washing for your dirty clothes (you just have to ask the receptionist, the clothes washing are delivered at 11am and its a decent cost)

The breakfast may need some menu change every few days, maybe every Wed and Saturday. I stayed there for 9 days, so I am eating almost the same items every morning. It is only the pho that change every 2-3 days. But not the others. Cleaniness wise, i think it is clean and tidy.
