From the moment I checked in, I felt right at home at TOMMY HOTEL. The warm welcome from the staff, coupled with the cozy atmosphere, immediately put me at ease. The room was well-appointed with all the amenities I could need, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

The room was really big. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. Its in good location but you have a nice calm stay because you cant hear any noice from the streets. We also booked a trip to Lan Ha Bay though them and it was amazing. You can get a lot of options for breakfast for free, which is really nice.

Was amazing, the deco was really nice. The rooms were so comfortable - the beds were the best! The rooftop had an amazing view as well. The staff here are also amazing they go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Overall best hotel we have stayed in in Vietnam!!!

They provided us with advice and solutions for everything we asked. They even helped us book a great day tour and the bus. I was especially impressed by the assistance of Mr. Viet. The rooms were spacious and offered excellent value for money. The beds were comfortable, and the cleaners did an excellent job!

Was very positively surprised by the overall quality of this hotel. Super roomy and luxorious for something like 38eur for two. Probably reduced a bit due to the shoulder-season, but this was definitely the best hotel of our 2.5w in vietnam.

Wow! What a unique property. Beautiful beach and pool …..everything is well maintained. If somebody had told me this hotel was one year old id have believed them. The food was great. The tours and staff run this like a world class 5 star that it is. Well done.

Cat Ba Dream Hotel overlooks the waterfront esplanade and the bay of Cat Ba, it is quite majestic. The room is large enough with a big window to capture that majestic view. Bed is large and comfortable for a good deep sleep. I had originally booked a "high floor" but that did not guarantee us a view, so I had to upgrade to get the view, well worth the few extra $s. Booked a cruise and a cheap motor bike and the forward bus journey to Ninh Binh. All good experiences at Cat Ba Dream Hotel.
