We had a great conversation with the owners and got tons of useful tips and recommendations. I would highly recommend this cozy wonderful place!

The property was extremely clean, plenty of close parking, easy directions to anything you needed during our stay, late check available over the phone. The shared community kitchen was different was very nice fully stocked and clean, the vending machines for snacks were great and low priced as well nice bonus to wash clothes as needed and free access to laundry detergent(thank you). The room was spacious easy access to the kitchen area, beds decently comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator a plus and very clean !! The owner Aaron was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will stay again and recommend to others to stay as well.

Worked great for our family of 4. The hosts were quick to answer questions. It is exactly as described. Short drive to Sunday River or restaurants. I appreciated the guide they provide as well.
