There were staff issues the night I stayed…Sanne checked me in, she showed me my room and how the tv worked, when I went downstairs she served me at the bar, she took my food order and SHE cooked it. I then watched her prepare the breakfast area all on her own…whilst answering the numerous phone calls, checking in more guests and preparing and serving more meals. Guess who served me my breakfast….yep. Sanne is a keeper…
