Location was great, close to Damara living museum and Twyfelfontein center where you can experience the carvings. Accomodation met our expectations, with an afternoon sunset view from top of the hill.

I had high expectations for this lodge but what happened far exceded anything I expected. The locations is stunning, the view from the tent room was amazing. Every facility, be it the tent rooms or the restaurant are really well designed and you can tell there was great attention to detail. The food at the restaurant was really good, we had dinner and breakfast 2 days and were really happy with the quality and service. The star of the show is clearly the staff, they think of everything even before you need it, very nice people, very helpful, it definitely takes the experience to the next level. To top everything up we did the full day tour with Alfred and Unity, amazing guys, very knowledgeable, following a group of about 18 elefants for some hours along the riverbed, finishing with a supriding and relaxing lunch on the riverbed.

Rooms are unusual - in a good way, and very comfortable. Rooms are cleverly built into and around the rocks. Outstanding staff, who went the extra mile to engage with guests and to enhance their experience.

Place is romantic and located in a beautiful area, with the boulders and mountains around. Most amazing sunsets are there.

Malansrus asub Twyfelfonteinis, 45 km kaugusel Petrified Forest Khorixasest ja 100 meetri kaugusel Twyfelfonteinist. Luksuslikus telgis on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta parkla. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The excursions are well worth it. Herman our guide taught us a great deal about the local wildlife. Seeing the desert elephants was a holiday highlight. He also took us to visit Twyfelfontein in the afternoon, it was quiet and a wonderful way to appreciate the stones. Again his knowledge was exceptional. The tents are very comfortable with a shower, toilet and WiFi. The food is all freshly cooked on site and the best we’ve had in Namibia.

Very nice lodge in a beautiful setting. Excellent hosts Dion and Lidia, nice dinner with discussions with other, interesting guests. Dion took us to an interesting evening trip along the Huab river bed. Sure to return next time we are in Namibia.

Gondwana Damara asub Khorixasest 25 km kaugusel. Mopane Lodge asub keskel, mis on omavahel ühendatud teedega, ning pakub majutust basseini ääres. Cottages are separate in their own little yards. Large room. The yards grow vegetables which the lodge uses for the meals. Staff are very good. Delicious buffet with game meat and a variety of vegetables. Maria, the server, was very good. Breakfast buffet is also good with a nice variety including hot food.

Staff and management very welcoming, good prepared dinner as we didn't want to self cater. Nice rugged surroundings but accessible for 2wd vehicle.
