The property is very very clean , exactly as the pictures- we stayed in a family suite- it was very spacious, the bedroom is big , the bathroom is huge! - with both shower and tub. The room was well equipped with a nespresso machine - tea and instant coffee - secure parking in the basement is available- very very safe area - we loved it - Excellent property! Tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very very good , lots of options to chose from- the restaurant is very clean- spacious and airy- the staff is very friendly and welcoming- very professional- they go the extra mile- they booked us with Johanne The Ranger for our Sandwich harbour tour - he was excellent- . absolutely loved it!!!

The location is remote, surrounded by a fantastic selection of wild-life. The grounds were immaculate! Even though most of the trees in the surrounding area are, what we call "Devil Thorn Trees", they were all raked away. The staff (shout out to Josie) were incredible. We were visiting with an infant and they made sure we were as comfortable as possible. I let the lodge know that we intended to braai (BBQ) the second night and they provided us with the braai drum as well as a bag of wood! 110% will be staying there again, next time for a week!

The room was cozy with a private shower.

The room itself was spacious and equipped with anything one could ask, the bathroom and the bedroom promising a luxurious stay. A great experience overall, stuff was helpful and friendly and the restaurants food was really, really good. A 5 star accommodation on the best value for money stay we had in Namibia.

The staff is amazing and very welcoming. They were willing to go an extra mile and went as far as booking activities for us.

It is what it says -- a great little hotel RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The pictures are true... our patio door walked right out onto that lovely green lawn and then to the beach. It was great that they offered a family room, it had a nice patio and small fridge and coffee/tea station. It wasn't the most elegant decor, but it was clean and completely met our needs for a beach get away. Free parking -- it was tight to get to our assigned spot, but the car gaurd was always on duty to help ease one into the space.

Located at the promenade with views of the ocean, Strand Hotel Swakopmund features a spa, 3 restaurants and bars. It offers a 24-hour front desk and conference facilities. Strand Hotel is the best hotel we stayed in Namibia. The staff was so welcoming and helpful in organizing Marine and 4×4 tours in Walvish Bay. You can make laundry there, eat in different restaurants and breakfasts are just wonderful.

Swakopmund Sands býður upp á útsýni yfir Atlantshafið og er staðsett í stuttri göngufjarlægð frá bryggjunni og sædýrasafninu National Marine Aquarium en það er með setustofu og barsvæði. Absolutely fantastic, excellent location and all the staff are amazing they cannot do enough for you I cannot recommend highly enough, thanks for everything guys!
