Awesome staff, great breakfast, perfect location, the shower was great, the air con was functioning well, wi-fi was stable, the beds were comfy and the view from the hotel was just stunning.

Mine was a private room with in-suite bathroom without a riverfront view. Rooms, bathrooms and linen were very clean. There's hot water in the shower. Water pressure in my room was great. Sound proofing is decent. There's a shared outdoor seating area with a couple of hammocks where I'd lounge about all day. The wifi is strong and stable. They have tea, coffee and bananas at the front desk. Ask for bottled water if you need some. The ever-smiling Mr. Sinsai is an amazing host. He speaks fluent English and is always available, should you need anything. He got me some terrific deals on tours. Also helped book bus tickets to Luang Prabang. The highlight of my stay was the New Year's Eve barbecue which he helped me setup! 10/10 would recommend. I'm gonna stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Situated along the peaceful Ou River, Mandala Ou Resort welcomes guests with a beautiful outdoor infinity pool and free Wi-Fi access at all areas. Spacious guestrooms are fitted with a private... What we liked at Mandala Ou in Nong Khiaw? Everything!! It is such a nice place to stay, really cosy furnished bungalows, with a infinity pool and relaxing chairs to look over the river Ou and the jungle on the other side. And: it is the perfect service, hospitality and empathy of Nic, his wife and the entire team!!! So: there are good reasons to come back to Mandala Ou soon after 4 days this time and three days in 2020!

Perfect views, perfect staff, perfect food. I loved swimming in the river, watching the world go by and just taking in the views. Hotel offers free bikes to cycle around town and a free kayak and long boat you can take out on the river. Close to everything going on in NK and only a 2 minute walk from the bus station. We had several meals here during our stay and each was so good, laundry service available and free tea and coffee all day.

Nong Kiau Riverside is located by Nam Ou River. It offers bungalows with river and mountain views. The property is equipped with a tour desk, laundry and shuttle service. Everything was perfect: -The location -The view from the room directly on the river -Super comfortable bed -Amazing breakfast -kind and helpful staff -clean

Excellent value for money. Beautiful view from the terrace. The property is located between the bus station and the centre. Helpful, kind staff. Tourist programs can also be booked at the hotel. Breakfast is quick, delicious and fresh.
