Normally my room was king room but the receptionist all in a sudden told me that we could upgrade your room into the suite one. Very nice and charming room. The room was so clean and there was some kitchen facilities, washing machine, kitchen utilities too. The bathroom was clean too. As for breakfast it was so nice obviously. The apartment was really spacious and clean. The manager, Khaled, was also really warm and helpful. Overall comfort was great and there were also a couple of small stores nearby for snacks.

Located in downtown Salmiya, Marina Royal Hotel Suites is a 1-minute walk to Marina Mall and 5 minutes’ drive to Al Fanar Mall. Wi-Fi is available in all the studios free of charge. Superb service. I had an early arrival and they prepared a room in anticipation. They also helped me with a visa for my follow-on country. It may not be listed as a 5-star hotel, but the service is entirely worthy of that credential. I'm a world traveler and will absolutely stay here again. The room itself is very comfortable with a nice view of the gulf. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle class area of Salmiya and is surrounded by several shopping centers and a full supermarket. Plenty of places to eat and buses run regularly nearby to get around town and the airport.
