The location was a great jump off point to the Chugoku region (and even Hakata). There is also a nearby convenience store. The buffet was also great. They even have their own signature dishes which, I guess, they alternate daily. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free.The staff were all nice. Loved the window view, location and the breakfast was a m a z i n g, really the highlight of the stay plenty good food and absolutely delicious and clean. There is a guest lounge where they give amenities most part of the day, there is a happy hour time for free booze, then late snacks like yogur and cookies. Staff is super friendly and they do the best to keep you comfortable. There are umbrellas for you to use while your stay complimentary. This was the best hotel we stayed during our trip in Japan

There are three self serve washing machines that you can use for about $5 a load - bearing warned that washing and drying a load will take 2 hours. Staff is great. They helped with sightseeing in Okayama, and even let me ship an urgent package from Amazon if I stayed another night. The amenities you get here are exceptional for the price you pay. Free popsicles and drinks, snacks for 10 yen, frozen omelette with rice or pasta for 100 yen. Free bicycle to ride around town which was very convenient to see the castle and museums. Free pastries for breakfast. The room is clean and good. Overall I had a great stay. This isn't an ordinary Japanese business hotel.

This hotel was the beat hotel we stayed at for our whole trip! we got upgrated to a king room and it was amazing. The breakfast was huge and the facilities are really nice. The hotel is very central and its easy to get around. I recommend this hotel if you ever are in Hiroshima, I will saty here again for sure.
