Set on the Coast of Trieste just 800 metres from the picturesque Miramare Castle and Grignano Bay, Hotel Riviera & Maximilian’s offers direct access to the beach between late May and mid September. The hotel has the best setting overlooking the Adriatic Sea - beautiful view from our room We stayed two different times and had different rooms. Each time the view from the room was great and peaceful. Picture perfect view The breakfast was exceptional Tommy really was very attentif to our needs and made the breakfast experience most pleasurable Gabriel at the reception is extremely professional yet personable We also had our diners at the hotel. The food -we had the sea bass -was exceptional and the service was professional Comparing other hotel location during our stay in Trieste. This is by far the best location with the perfect setting.

Beautifull villa, every single detail is carefully selected. From the porch you can see the Duino castle,. It takes 20 min by car to Trieste. Castello Miramare is really close. Private parking available at request, free of charge. Breakfast is nice (there is salty and sweet option). The room was really comfortable and cosy. Everything super clean. The hosts are educated and nice people, ready to answer all the questions of the needy guests. Beautifull stay.

The New Hotel Aurora offers accommodation in Duino's centre, 150 metres from the Rilke Path along the Gulf of Trieste, and the Castle of Duino. Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet daily. What a superb stay! Beautiful and stylishly large refurbished house of with great atmosphere. I was welcomed on arrival by the owner, a friendly Andrea, and his cat. He could not do enough to help me and ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms are spotless and very modern. Unusual for Italy, I even had a selection of teas and coffee for making a drink in my room. The breakfast was stunning and all meticulously presented with a selection of fresh and hand made delights. In fact, I could smell the bread being baked before I retired to my room the night before. It's a shame my stay was for only one night. I cannot recommend this delightful hotel enough.

Offering free wired internet and private parking, Dependance Lipa features classic-style rooms. It is located on the Karst Plateau, only 1.5 km from the Slovenian border and 8 km from Trieste. I love this place and I admire the family who owes it. Very nice, kind and helpful people. The breakfasts are very good, the rooms are always tidy. If you travel by car, there is a private parking slot. Also, a wonderful restaurant is just nearby with delicious Italian food.
