The staff were excellent from the courtesy bus driver to the server.my site and itself have been staying at The Carlton for at least 25 years The latest changes are very noticeable in-the main lobby ,the bedroom the staff training ,food helping more than generous and good quality at a reasonable price.We travel to the U.S. twice each year and would recommend The Carlton to any of our friends. Stayed in a suite #200, very clean and spacious, huge bathroom, good shower pressure. Bed was comfortable, huge mirror in the room was a plus point. Overall enjoyed my stay here
