Great location, lovely & quiet. Our room had a terrific view over the harbour and seats from which to enjoy it. Convivial bar and dinner was as good as I've had in Scotland. Better swordfish than I've had in Italy - chef to be really recommended. Worth going just for the grub - 10/10. STaff were helpful & friendly even though probbaly short of numbers. Top spot and I want to go again.

Este hotel de gestión familiar está situado en Newton Stewart, una encantadora ciudad escocesa a orillas del río Cree. There was no breakfast, given the price. It was very easy to go to Sainsbury's and buy some items. What an excellent base to have a look at Galloway and it was very easy to find my way around. I need to return and explore the surroundings even more.

Me and my son loved this place, the owners are lovely, beautiful surroundings in the country side, our dog had a lot of fun exploring our own pet friendly garden which is all enclosed to each lodge privately, the hot tub was amazing and even though it rained here and there…we were able to still use as it’s got a roof to keep u protected, they even left us a little valentines card on arrival, plenty of extras u can get and great prices, no need to take wood as there is wood to buy at the lodge and not expensive at all, the fire pit is also lovely, my fave part at night, they also supply a separate bbq, we never used due to the time of year, highly recommend “the pub” (actual name) only 15 min drive and good prices if u fancy a meal out, our favourite trip so far and we’ve done glamping trips before, can’t wait to return, highly recommend :)

The house was immaculate and nicely decorated. My wife is a gardener and really appreciated all the fresh flowers inside. This was our first trip since COVID and we had some special needs that our hosts graciously accommodated. Best place we stayed during our vacation.

El Craigmount se encuentra en Wigtown, a 49 km de Portpatrick, y ofrece salón compartido y wifi gratis. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Craigmount. Nicole & Malcolm are excellent hosts and have thought of everything. Great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and lots of great advice about things to do in the area.
