Spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed. Amazing value for money and express check-in/out very useful. Free welcome Prosecco, and beer was a nice touch, as was the choice of teas and filter coffee in the room. Pub was cozy and food both at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and well trained. Location would be perfect for touring the area or walking in the Mendips. Close to Bristol Airport.

They were amazing from arriving to departure. The quality of the room was 2nd to none and the food in the redstauramt was exceptional. But what was very apparent was the way the staff communicated to each other, they wanted to be there and had a great rapport.

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight from Bristol. Lovely location for woodland walks, a game of tennis, a swim, spa, decent food and coming back to an old English style comfy room.

The property was lovely and comfortable and we had the best few nights of sleep in the super comfy bed. We also had a very tasty breakfast from the very friendly owner.

Lynn has made sure all conveniences are available and provided us with a lovely breakfast. It is located on a quiet street, easy walking into the town for dinner. enjoyed chatting with Lynn and her husband!! Free parking too! If your stay is for multiple nights, there are kitchen facilities for light cooking

It is close to the gorge and within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Our room was well decorated and had a nice big window overlooking the pool and gorgeous landscaping. The breakfast was delicious and they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Everyone was welcoming and great to work with.
