As the centre piece of Drimsynie Estate, this impressive hotel overlooks its own 9-hole golf course, plus Loch Goil and the Argyllshire mountains. I booked a room for my daughter and I to have a short drive (1.5 hrs) from Glasgow airport, not knowing the area was of such stunning beauty. We were so charmed by the area we had an early supper so we could have time to explore the beach and little community. Our room was in the main lodge had views of the loch, the beds were comfortable with good quality linens, bathroom elegant and well appointed, the lodge had large windows every to maximize the views, the staff were all friendly and helpful. What's NOT to like? This will on my list for a subsequent visit to Scotland.

El The Tarbet Hotel ocupa un edificio histórico de estilo baronial situado en el emblemático Loch Lomond. Great room as we got an upgrade. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

The lift was a godsend and I loved the drying rack over the bath. Spacious room and meal in the hot was excellent. Recommend this hotel for sure.

Lochwood Guest House se encuentra en Lochgoilhead y dispone de jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y wifi gratis. Hay vistas a la montaña. The location was absolutely beautiful, the host was so nice and prepared some small baked goods for us. The guest house itself was also beautifully furnished, lovely and absolutely clean. Total recommendation!

From the location to the hospitality of the host, we had a great experience and stay as we explored the region. Jai was an exceptional host! The breakfast was a delight and for all the coffee lovers, there's plenty of choice to kick-start your day. The location is scenic beyond words with the Carrick Castle at your front door (literally!)
