We ended up in a Suite and it was perfect. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi worked wonders to recover after a long day of walking. SPA services were great too. The staff was just amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Location was good with anything you may need just steps away.

Car parking is directly opposite the hotel and staff assisted us going in and out. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with good Wifi, excellent bathroom and wonderful shower. Reception staff speak good English and a very helpful and friendly. It was outstandingly good value for money. A Coruna was a surprise so a two night stay would have been better.

It offers free WiFi, a 24-hour automated reception. the room was perfect, the hotel seems to be new and is super clean, I would say cristal clean! staff was very attentive, location is perfect as everything you want to visit in Santiago is walking distance. The view from the room is also appreciated. looking forward to come back very soon!
