We were unfortunately visiting because of a family member inpatient at the Unfallklinik, which is also walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly, warm and accommodating of every need or wish. They were understanding of our needs as family of a hospital patient, and flexible with additional parties arriving and booking more rooms on short notice. They also offered a discount for longer term stays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fitted with furniture that makes it feel more like a personal home or apartment than a generic hotel room. Complimentary mineral water and laundry service added peace of mind, and the sauna, steam room and infrared cabine were comforting at the end of a long stressful day.
