We stayed at Ocean Suites on two occasions during our holidays in Cape Vert in 2 different rooms. Both were great, spacious and with a very cool design. Ocean Suites is perfectly located in the middle of Santa Maria and 2 steps from the beach. We loved the vibe of the Cafe located below the rooms and their live music and DJs. Special thanks go to Stefania and Renato who took super good care of us and with whom we had the pleasure to spend some evenings chatting together ! we would definitely recommend Ocean Suites to everyone who lands in Sal (much better than any resort ;)

Everything was amazing! From the staff, facilities, and comfort. The staff was very attentive and helpful with anything that we needed. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food available. At lunchtime, we had tasty and cheep options available. The room had air conditioning, perfectly clean room and beds were comfortable. Slightly further away from the beach but a walkable distance and closer to the locals than to the turistival part of Santa Maria. Very quiet too. We felt at home.

Located in Santa Maria, Hotel Morabeza offers accommodation with 3 outdoor swimming pools. The property has a fitness centre, game room, 3 bars, free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The workers kept the grounds clean and well maintained. I saw them sweeping the cobblestones and the surrounding areas every day, cleaning the pools, and taking care of the gardens. One could tell how much emphasis the management puts on cleanliness and maintaining the grounds. All the staff were very nice and friendly and greeted me every day. Loved that there were different restaurant choices, either at the beach or at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the variety of breakfast foods available. Also, I appreciated that there is a cash machine in the lobby and didn’t have to go out and find an ATM machine to withdraw cash.

USB plus made it easy to charge everything. The breakfast and dinners were delicious and a reasonable price to add onto your stay. Staff was really helpful for addressing any issues in a timely fashion and helping to set up activities. They also gave great recommendations for food and things to do. The hotel is walking distance to the beach. Our room overlooked a lot, not nice in itself, but the benefit was we had an unobstructed view of the sunsets!

Situated 300 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Santa Maria, Porto Antigo Hotel BB welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Rooms have a TV. Porto Antigo is several building of apartments in a well located area of Santa Maria, with security, reception open until late, and a private pool overseeing a bay protected from the waves where you can swim all time. The apartment I had assigned was marvellous, always kept very clean, and quiet. The staff of Porto Antigo was very helpful at all time, supporting me on all requests, and even overcoming and helping me with any issue I could have. I would definitely choose it again!

Located in Santa Maria, 1.2 km from Nazarene Church, Hotel LIVVO Budha Beach has a number of amenities including a terrace, a shared lounge, a bar and free WiFi. The food from the hotel was absolutely delicious, especially their catch of the day dinner. Breakfast was varied, fresh and filling. We loved the tranquility, cleanliness, freedom and 'no fuss' atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind.

Hotel MiraBela is a 3-star bed and breakfast located in the centre of Santa Maria and within 100 metres from the beach. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a balcony. Perfect location, cozy place with awesome terrace, good breakfast and a very welcoming and professional staff. Thanks for letting me stay and even take a shower late before the flight!
