Very friendly, helpful and hospitable owner of the hotel. He arranged our pick up at the train station, helped to book tickets to the cruise, organized our trip to the rice terraces and much more! 2. Location is a gem! Very peaceful and beautiful. 3. Hotel is very Chinese style, which we liked a lot. We also got a free upgrade to the garden view with a terrace.

This hotel was just perfect for our weekend in Yangshuo, out of the busy city and only 15min away by scooter (available from the hotel). Very quiet and beautifully arranged. River view room was very nice, breakfast is just what we needed and the staff was really kind and fulfil all our requests: book the scooter, activity recommendations and bookings. We highly recommend moon hike / the light show / river bamboo rafting.

Kind and friendly staff willing to help with all requests. Attentive service. Absolutely gorgeous view of the river and right next to the walking trail. Even in winter, the view is stunning. Our room was warm, clean and cozy! We enjoyed the restaurant. It has plenty of vegetarian options that we enjoyed. Try the rice cakes with peanut, dried tofu and vegetables and the eggplant. They are not to be missed.

Right opposite Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel, is located in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave great advice for what to see and do. Not so many western options for breakfast but the fried eggs were OUTSTANDING!
