Bedroom was quite small, however, the queen size bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was large in proportion to the room size. Since the hotel is REALLY in the middle of nowhere, it was very quiet even with the window open at night.

Situato in una casa coloniale a Santa Cruz, l'Hotel Boutique Quinta Maria è un hotel boutique a conduzione familiare che offre una piscina all'aperto stagionale e viste sui vasti giardini. Eduardo and Gabriela were exceptional hosts; friendly, welcoming and eager to please but never intrusive. Their lovely B&B was an oasis of calm on the outskirts of the small but busy town of Santa Cruz. We loved their 4 little dogs and the large, lush garden with free range chickens roaming in their own area; the freshest eggs for breakfast! The house is traditional and rustic with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds (we had 2 doubles) were wonderfully comfortable with quality bedding and we slept very well. Our hosts recommended vineyards to visit, places to eat and a taxi driver to ferry us about and all of their recommendations turned out to be excellent choices. We could have stayed there forever and we were genuinely sorry when we had to leave. Thank you Eduardo and Gabriela for your wonderful hospitality.
