Accomodation is exactly as on photos. Room is clean, and relatively spacious for a single one. Comfortable bed and linen. All good with location. 10/10 despite the budget and non-luxurous stay.

El Hotel Kreuz, de gestión familiar desde hace más de 160 años, es una posada rural tradicional situada en una zona tranquila del cantón de Solothurn, a 30 minutos de Basilea. I loved absolutely everything there! The location, the view from my room, comfort, restaurant, cuisine, the owners are so friendly and attentive (they where available not only at dinner but at the breakfast too, that I loved so much). I thought this would be my transition point (I were traveling to Italy), but no, I had an amazing rest!

The room was very clean, spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. Completely new renovation in very old building. Quiet at night and no church bells ringing every hour. Never heard a churchbell even thought it is next to the old church. Bathroom was also very clean with L'Occitaine body wash and shampoo - a nice luxurious touch! The breakfast was very good, plentiful with lots of choices. The dinner also excellent with high-quality ingredients. Would definately stay here again. Hotel and restaurant staff very polite and accommodating to our needs in the rooms and the restaurant. I can highly recommended this hotel.

Newly built Hotel directly by the river and two minutes walking distance from the main station and the old city centre. The rooms come with a private bathroom and a minibar. The location is perfect. The center is reachable in a few minutes. My dog was greeted with the finest dog food and bowls for his convenience. The front desk staff is very friendly. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is clean.
