The hotel is really in the heart of the town. It has a very nice vibe, and we particularly enjoyed the care of the staff to make our stay as good as possible. For example, we were relaxing at their lounge and one of the staff came and lit up the fire in the fireplace - to offer us a much warmer atmosphere. The breakfast has an excellent buffet with high-quality products.

De Ville is a charming hotel situated in a picturesque medieval village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It features free Wi-Fi and fine dining with renowned regional specialities.... Its difficult to understand how a bottle of mineral water can cost 11sf.

Directly linked via an underground hallway to the Gruyère Spa, Hotel Cailler offers you charming country-style rooms and fine cuisine. Access to the thermal baths via a tunnel from the hotel. As it rained during our stay we had no need to go outside.

Raul at the front desk is AMAZING… The rest of the staff at the reception are out of this world. I will be looking forward to visit Bulle and especially Hotel D because of those genuine people who made our trip worthwhile. Truly, thank you….

Location of hotel is perfect, 2 min walk from train/bus station, 30sec walk to main high street , bar just around the corner , rooms are comfortable and warm , staff were friendly and polite, food was excellent 👌

The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.
