This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. The owner is wonderful! She is so friendly and helpful! She even did our laundry for us. Just a lovely hotel and a lovely experience! Comfortable beds, parking on site, TV with multiple English (and other language) stations, breakfast was very good with nice fresh fruit. A wonderful place to stay! Don't miss it!

I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.
