Extraordinary soundproofing. The entrance is less than a minute walk from the metro entrance, a tram stop, and a very large bus station. Also, within a minute’s walk, there are 2 shopping centers, 1 cinema, and several supermarkets. The room is brand new, just like in the photos. The walk-in shower is spectacular. The hotel provides an efficient hairdryer. The tap water is very good, and each room has a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle, as well as a set of tea and coffee. It takes a total of 10-15 minutes to reach the city center. Exceptional.

Hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated. Rooms are nice and spacious. I booked the grand deluxe room. The restaurant is also very nice and serves nice food. Apparently it’s one of the new hang out spots. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was greeted in my room with a bottle of wine, macaroons, and a nice note. As for the location, it was super. I walked everywhere which was very convenient. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again there if and when I’m back in Vienna.

When we arrived, our room was on 1st floor with view on construction site. Lady on reception accepted our complaint, offered us some other 6th floor room with actually nice view and even cheaper per night. She couldn't refund €30 difference so we got offered breakfast for two (€21+21) with no additional payments. We liked this very much. Thanks

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and modern. Location is perfect near Schönbrunn and the metro station which gets you to the city center really fast. Ah and the breakfast was amazing.. Overall the experience was great!
