The hotel is brand new, architecturally perfect, stylish and reeks of old times. It is as if you have returned to the end of the 19th century. Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

Fantasztikus volt a kilátás, a szoba mértete megfelelő volt, az ágy hatalmas, puha, kényelmes. Örültünk neki, hogy a hely állatbarát, kevés hasonló szállás található Krimml-ben. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A check-in folyamat közben Hohe Tauern National Park belépőt kaptunk a tartózkodásunk időtartamára, amivel számos helyre biztosított ingyenes belépést.

Nagyon tetszett a szálloda, az elhelyezkedése, a környezete. A szoba nagy volt, mindennek volt helye. jól el tudtam pakolni. Tetszett a nagyméretű ágy, különősen a feszített lepedő. A bútorzat elegáns és kényelmes volt. A reggeli minden igényt kielégített, csillagos ötös.

Great hotel for family vacation. We have to give the highest feedback for overall impression. Quality of food is at a very satisfying level with a good variety of meals. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly, and I would especially like to give special thank to the Slavica, Ankica, Dusanka, Tamara and Monika, which made us feel whole vacation like home. Swiming pool was warm, playroom area great and kids enjoyed a lot. Ski Bus station is at 30m from hotel.

The best location of the hotel is directly on the lake with its own beach. The view from the window to the lake is amazing. Immediately extended the stay in the hotel to stay here for one more day. Delicious breakfasts and dinners in a restaurant with a view. Very kind receptionist.
