No hot water but in heat cool (not cold) shower is best. Rooms with AC at great price with nice/safe (day or night) 1 km stroll into town through local neighborhood. Javier can assist/arrange transportation and/or tours at any time.

Very nice place, owner is very friendly, working air conditioning and wifi! Just outside of the city but nice to be away from the cars.

The professor (Juan) and the girls (Juanda & Dora) are really great hosts. With Juan, you can speak multiple foreign languages, discuss many subjects and indeed have a great start on the Amazon journey. In the end, I stayed for a week more than I initially planned and If/when I come back to Leticia, I will for sure go there again.

The air conditioning system provided a welcome escape from the outside heat, ensuring our comfort throughout the day. One standout feature was the commitment to safety. The property was equipped with a robust security system, including cameras strategically placed to monitor the surroundings. The large gate added an extra layer of security, providing peace of mind during our stay. The interior design seamlessly blended modern aesthetics with functionality, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan allowed for a sense of spaciousness, while the large windows brought in an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance. Overall, our experience in this modern house was nothing short of exceptional. It combined style, comfort, and security seamlessly, making our stay both enjoyable and worry-free.
