We live in a beautiful, spacious (300 sq meter) house in the Palermo neighborhood. The house, constructed in 1898, has a typical Old Buenos Aires architecture called “casa chorizo” (“sausage house”) due to its long, skinny layout. There are seven large bedrooms, six of which are available for our guests to rent. The whole house is meant to be shared and includes: a fully equipped kitchen; a lovely dining room; a beautiful patio with grill (parrilla); and a huge rooftop terrace (150 sq meters) for laying out in the sun, playing ping pong or foosball, or simply to enjoy the fresh air! All of the rooms for rent have their own private bathroom, closet, desk, heat and A/C unit, and Wi-Fi. All rooms are spacious with a double bed.
Hi!!! My name is Daniel. I'm 51 years old and work as a counselor (Person Centered Approach). For the past 15 years, I've lived with people from all over the world who come to Buenos Aires for tourism work or study. The spirit of the house is not only about different people coming together to live but also about creating a small and loving community where everyone feels at home. Palermo is the most trendy, cool and popular neighborhood, full of a lot of cultural activities, restaurants (parrillas, sushi, vegetarian food...), and bars. It is centrally located and it is safe. In the surroundings, the access to public transports is easy, we are close to dozens of different bus lines and two subway lines (red and green), that link to almost all the city. There are also supermarkets, pharmacies, and places to learn and dance tango (La Catedral Del Tango...) or DNI famous Tango Academy.
