I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay than this. The staff is the kindest and nicest you can find, and they made me feel part of the family since the very first moment, trying their best in helping me -you can tell they have travelled a lot. The room was super clean, the bed comfy, the toilet very modern. and was furnished with A/C. I loved the owner’s personal touch in decorating the hostel with her own art.

Obiekt Blu Hostel znajduje się w znakomitej lokalizacji w dzielnicy Bella Vista. This was my fourth stay at this hotel. Hotel has hot water unlike many in Central America. Beds were comfortable. WII was decent in room. There is a shared balcony on each floor with a couple plastic chairs. The employees are great. They have always been very helpful. One of the receptioist has decent English language skills. Her English has improved since my first stay. If you turn left as you exit hotel, there is a minimart just past the first cross street. Or turn right at this same cross street (after turning left as you departed hotel) and follow this street. You will arrive at Via Espana near several (maybe 10) different restaurants. Or, turn left at this same cross street, and you are only 1 short block from Via Argentina.

Good vibes, lovely employees, (Britney, gracias y aqui las diez estrellas :D) & owner, nice pool, board games, large kitchen with a fridge, really well connected as I arrived from Allbrook with the bus and was able to take the same bus to the airport. It was really one of the best experiences in recent years, thanks!

Breakfast was delicious and a bargain for the price. I would have liked more variety during my four day stay. The location was surrounded by high-rise buildings and felt safe. However, it is not suitable for nomads who need exceptional internet and a quiet place to work.

El Machico Hostel znajduje się w dzielnicy Marbella, w Panamie, 3 km od Muzeum Kanału Panamskiego. Everything! I'm not sure why this place is receiving such luke warm reviews. It's a really nice hostel, the staff is really helpful, it's super clean, the rooms are very quiet and comfortable , the bathrooms are really nice, big and plenty, huge well stocked kitchen, and the fastest laundry service I've seen in a while. The pool is really nice and in general it has a really nice chill laid-back vibe and is in a super nice neighbourhood. It's actually a lot nicer looking than the pictures. I slept like a baby over here. Possibly the most undisturbed sleep that I've had in a full dorm room in 4 months of travelling. That itself makes this a full 10 for me. I also lucked out with having only super nice and sociable guests there during my stay. Also, best hostel coffee to boot. I honestly would've extended for a couple of days if I didn't have a flight pre booked.
