Well equipped kitchen, incl water boiler, 3 stoves and 2 or 3 sinks to wash dishes. Dishes were clean, kitchen was clean. Free food in the kitchen - pasta, rice, potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, apples, biscuits, garlic, onions, salt, pepper. Wonderful courtyard and common area. Location close to the city center and train station Piazza Principe (2 min walk). Little library they have going on - if you like reading books you will find them there in English and German. Hot water in the shower and water pressure. Renting a towel is only 2 eur. I brought my own - a small one - but because the payment was rather symbolic, I rented out a big comfy towel from the hotel :)
