With scenic views of Calafate´s mountains and lake, this hostel is a 7-minute walk from downtown Calafate. It features accommodation with floor heating, free Wi-Fi, communal kitchen and laundrette. Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff went out of their way to learn everyone’s names (especially the girls). It felt super homely - heating on throughout, and lots of blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and anything that wasn’t in the communal kitchen you could get in the main kitchen. The bathrooms were massive and sharing with 4 people makes it really accessible. Great tours and activities on offer. They even let me come back and chill whilst waiting for a bus a couple of days later! Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in!!

Our second stay here. It's one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed in. You can see that they work hard to maintain it. The location is great and a short walk to the town and a supermarket just down from the hostel. The owner Andy is really friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend if going to El Calafate. The only thing to note is that it says that breakfast is included but this consists of biscuits and small dried tostadas and jams.

Reception staff is friendly and helpful, location is great, the room I stayed at was very comfortable, they clean it everyday, amazing comunicación with the tours staff. Breakfast is just bread and drinks, but for a low price you can get eggs and they were good.

Rancho Grande Hostel is a large ranch-style hostel with stunning views of the Patagonian Mountains. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. I’m not sure why this hostel/hotel has this rating cause I’d definitely give it a 9.5 out of 10! We stayed in a private room and it was great: warm, clean, all the toiletries provided. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in Patagonia! The receptionists at the check in are very helpful and friendly. Gracias Valentin por todos!

They helped us plan the different activities we had in mind and guided us through the town. The view of the cabañas were amazing and everything in good condition. It is walking distance from the town.

AONIKENK HOSTEL se găsește în El Calafate, la aproximativ 5,2 km de Lacul Argentino și la 1,7 km de El Calafate Regional Museum. Aonikenk was lovely. The hosts were friendly and kind (so were the cats). The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, a short walk into town or to the water. The kitchen was fantastic.
