The boutique accommodations have been renovated beautifully, rooms are comfortable and stylishly decorated. There's a lovely little common patio and a common area self-service coffee/tea/drinks room with microwave and a part-time reception. The building is situated on a quiet narrow cobblestoned street in the historical center. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind. I had a little problem with the A/C one evening and they responded quickly to solve the issue. It was a very enjoyable stay and I hope to return.

Location, detail in decoration, everything was brand new! There was espresso capsules for a quick coffee! Really appreciated! Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.
