The balcony was the perfect spot to relax and listen to the birds and monkeys (and even spot one every once in a while!). Kumari, the owner, was very helpful. The location is excellent - it is walking distance to the bus station and to the ecotourism office and meeting point for the activities in the park.

Set in Munnar and only 19 km from Munnar Tea Museum, Maliyeckal Homestay offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We loved our stay at Maliyeckal Homestay, such a peaceful spot. The host family were so kind and helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay and enjoy Munnar. Breakfast and dinners were great. About 10 minutes walk from the bus stop so easy to get in and out of Munnar once you get the hang of it.

Chechi is so warm and welcoming. Her food is the best we had, she helped with transport to her homestay, for a tuk tuk to take us sight seeing one day and was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was perfect for us. We needed a few days down time where we could chill and do things at our own pace in a peaceful environment.

Set 500 metres from Varkala Beach, Devi Kripa Residency offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. It is located 500 metres from Odayam Beach and provides a 24-hour front desk. Devi Kripa Residency is a very nice, comfortable, clean place with a very good location. We extend our stay because it was really good time and we felt there like at home. Another plus is fridge, washing mashine and kitchen 🙂 Highly reccomend
