Featuring a garden and views of garden, Clocktower Suite is a recently renovated homestay located in Exeter, 4.8 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium. I liked everything about Clocktower Suite. The house is decorated beautifully, the room I stayed in was large, beautiful, clean and looked just like the pictures. Glen and David were the perfect host and their handsome dog, Jack, is just as friendly.

Boasting a spa and wellness centre and views of quiet street, The Ramblers' Rest - Princetown is a guest house situated in a historic building in Princetown, 37 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse. Great to have a small kitchen, Terry and Nikki were brilliant. Very dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Big family rooms if needed.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated St Vincent Guest House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Maria is an absolute delight! She is always engaging with the guests trying to make them feel at home, at least that's what it felt like to me. The house is cozy and warm, and the pets are around the house, so it does feel like another day with the family. The breakfast was delicious and listening to the story of the house was wonderful.

Situated in Ilfracombe, 700 metres from Ilfracombe, The Devonian features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. just fantastic location and great exchanges with hosts. central location, free private car park, close to many beaches (woolacombe, and all the southern part down to Hartland point, and St martin Combe) and cliff path and seals observations, fantastic room and view, excellent breakfast.

Situated in Braunton, in a historic building, 24 km from Lundy Island, The Brookfield is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. Lovely welcome from our host, Chris, who was lovely with our grandson, showing him the family guinea pigs. The family room we had was huge, with a spacious en suite. Everything was super clean, and breakfast was served to the conservatory table; a tray piled with cereals, fruit, yogurts, toast and warm croissants was plentiful, and the coffee was fresh and refills were happily provided. Chris also catered for a gluten free eater with gf crumpets and granola. The house is a one minute walk from all the shops and places to eat in Braunton-, which is a really nice village. Off road parking was useful, and the gorgeous beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay area both only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Set in Budleigh Salterton and only less than 1 km from Budleigh Salterton Beach, Park House offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Tina is a force of nature: absolutely amazing! She opened her home to us and made our holiday *perfect*. I have seen my fair share of CLEAN places, but this one was an entirely new level of cleanliness--and the breakfasts were the cherry on top. (Some days, literally.) I'm afraid she has ruined all our future holidays though: the bar is set so high now that most likely it cannot ever be reached again.

Set in Moretonhampstead, Cookshayes Country Guest House has a shared lounge, garden and free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site. JJacqui & Robin were excellent hosts, they went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The English breakfast was great, served in the spacious dining room with a view to the garden. The rooms were clean with lots of storage space. Great selection of books in the dining room/upstairs for those who are interested.

Located in Braunton and only 23 km from Lundy Island, Thistledene provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Situated centrally so easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Main house is on the main road but this annexe is situated behind the house and we heard no road noise at all. Lovely, modern, roomy accommodation, clean and beautifully decorated. Nothing was too much trouble for the host.

Set in Combe Martin, in a historic building, 2.3 km from Combe Martin Beach, Lion House Bed & Breakfast with Restaurant is a guest house with a bar and shared lounge. Everything was great. Absolute super. Very high and modern standard. Extremely good hospitality and great food. Do not miss this excellent B&B! It is worth a trip. We regret that we did not stay longer, but would love to come back.

Situated in Beer, just less than 1 km from Seaton Beach, Bay View Guest House features beachfront accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. Breakfast was amazing! Great options, all of which were fresh and delicious.
