She is always engaging with the guests trying to make them feel at home, at least that's what it felt like to me. The house is cozy and warm, and the pets are around the house, so it does feel like another day with the family. The breakfast was delicious and listening to the story of the house was wonderful.

Lovely welcome from our host, Chris, who was lovely with our grandson, showing him the family guinea pigs. The family room we had was huge, with a spacious en suite. Everything was super clean, and breakfast was served to the conservatory table; a tray piled with cereals, fruit, yogurts, toast and warm croissants was plentiful, and the coffee was fresh and refills were happily provided. Chris also catered for a gluten free eater with gf crumpets and granola. The house is a one minute walk from all the shops and places to eat in Braunton-, which is a really nice village. Off road parking was useful, and the gorgeous beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay area both only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Location was very central with a short walk to the shops as well as to the beach. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely Awesome.

JJacqui & Robin were excellent hosts, they went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The English breakfast was great, served in the spacious dining room with a view to the garden. The rooms were clean with lots of storage space. Great selection of books in the dining room/upstairs for those who are interested.

Thistledene ligger i Braunton, inom 23 km från Lundy Island och 24 km från Royal North Devon Golf Club, och erbjuder boende med en terrass och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen samt gratis privat parkering... Situated centrally so easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Main house is on the main road but this annexe is situated behind the house and we heard no road noise at all. Lovely, modern, roomy accommodation, clean and beautifully decorated. Nothing was too much trouble for the host.

Lion House Bed & Breakfast with Restaurant ligger i Combe Martin, 2,3 km från Combe Martin Beach, och erbjuder boende med en gemensam lounge, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en restaurang. Everything was great. Absolute super. Very high and modern standard. Extremely good hospitality and great food. Do not miss this excellent B&B! It is worth a trip. We regret that we did not stay longer, but would love to come back.
