Located 500 metres from Abraao Beach, Canoa Abraão offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a terrace. Super friendly and non intrusive hosts, they helped us leave our stuff early before check-in and also later during check out. The island was without electricity, their property had a generator that enabled the place to have warm water and light etc despite the power cut. They also had a complimentary afternoon lunch for the guests (and breakfast, obviously). Also close to some bars that are more low-mid range in price.

The hotel is quiet, beautiful and pursues one of the best views of Ilha Grande. I went by boat and it is very close to the blue lagoon and also from Angra.

Offering garden views, Saracura is an accommodation set in Praia de Araçatiba, 300 metres from Araçatibinha Beach and 500 metres from Aracatiba. The location is perfect! We loved waking up every morning in paradise. We went swimming with the turtles every day and ate in some very nice restaurants near by. Highly recommend!

Amazing setting overlooking the water; boat trips, snorkeling and delicious meals cooked by the owners (breakfast and dinner) made our stay unforgettable. We came here following four nights in Rio - the contrast was perfect and just what we wanted (and more).
