Needed to be mid-town, so chose the Whitby over the Crosby. Appreciated how quickly restaurant hostess and staff were to recognize my husband and me. Excellent front desk staff. Appropriately COVID aware. Liked non-fogging mirrors in bathroom.

It is amazingly quiet, considering it is just around the corner from Times Square. It is a great location; all major attractions are nearby. The staff is excellent; you can really feel welcome there. It is like a home away from home. Breakfast is sort of basic; however, you still have more or less everything. Tony's di Napoli bar and restaurant next door offers excellent food and drinks.

Situato a New York, a 600 metri dal Flatiron Building, il Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad offre un centro fitness, un parcheggio privato, un giardino e un bar. I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

The room size was really surprising (in all the good ways!) The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful. The bike and gym vouchers were handy too.
