The staff always there and kind. The room pretty clean and the studio I got had a window and enough space for one, even for 2 would be ok. The app they have is pretty convenient, has a key to open the room.

Beds were very comfortable. Spacious room. Clean. The filtered water faucet is fantastic. None of these plastic water bottles. And the glass water bottle for us fill and to take around the city is so thoughtful; doing away with plastic.

Location is perfect and also there is storage for luggages after check out. We put storage our luggage, we have been in city. We came back to hotel and took luggages and went to hotel. Grand Park City Hall berada 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen MRT City Hall dan Pusat Membeli-belah Raffles City. Excellent service by Kripa, Hui Lin and Aslam. Room quality was excellent.
