The staff at Shoshana have gone above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as humanly possible. I asked them for gluten- and lactosefree options, and they were incredible in providing me with everything I could possibly think of, ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, they were very attentive, helpful in advising us on the best places to go and how to get there, and offering us water, coffee, juice, and food whenever we came back to the hotel.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The rooftop pool and sauna were a bonus! Hotel restaurant great for a light meal, great service there too

The rooms were nice and clean and we both really liked the breakfast. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips! The location was really nice. There are lots of bars and restaurants around. You need to walk a bit for the subway or train or hop on hop off bus, but we love walking. A taxi or uber is an easy option as well and if you have a blue card then you can take the bus around the corner. Tip: go to the fish restaurant across the hotel.

Located in the trendy Palermo Hollywood area of Buenos Aires, the Boutique Suites Palermo welcomes you in a colorful environment with spacious, well-decorated rooms, a pool and a luxurious spa. Location was very good close to many coffee shops, stores and restaurants. Staff was nice and the room was ass showed, very clean. SPA was very comfortable, Hotel arranged for a massage which was great.

Juan is by far my favorite. He gave me recommendations on where to go, printed out a list of secondary places to go while in La Boca and San Telmo. He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.
