Located in Salamina, La Estancia Hotel Boutique offers 5-star accommodation with a terrace and a bar. The La Estancia is a beautiful traditional building located close to the main plaza. The rooms are decorated with period furniture and are clean. The beds are comfortable and open up into a main courtyard area where there are comfortable chairs and the breakfast area. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They can help you organise visits to places and recommend good places to eat. This was one of the best hotels I stayed at on my trip.

CASA DE CAMPO VILLA OLI!! - Un paraiso natural en la ciudad is a recently renovated villa in Villamaría, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This bungalow is indeed a little paradise, in a green area, at the outskirts of VIllamaria suburb. One example: every breakfast we were sitting outside on the terrace and saw the hummingbirds nipping at the flowers in the tree, just 5 meters ahead. The bungalow is located 50 m down the road and therfore very quiet. Even if it rains, you can sit on the covered terrace and overlook the beautiful garden or pond.

Boasting mountain views, Centro Integral Coodecom features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 49 km from Ukumari Zoo. The property was nice and it was gated so felt very secure. The rooms were nothing special (pretty bare), but they had a small fridge and everything you’d need. It was nice that they had the pools and the mini golf, although old and decrepit, was fun.
