Breakfast and the social hour food options were good. Plenty of tasty food. Fitness center was clean and had a good assortment of exercise equipment. Ample parking. Rooms were spacious and had a nice TV. Good WiFi speed. Nice refrigerator. The rooms were very quiet.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the area the building is situated at was relatively quiet. The suite kitchen was very nice. Staff were polite and helpful. I wasn't pleased with my room.
I wasn't pleased with my room. There was a strong musty smell and there weren't any blackout curtains. There was also a lot of noise from outside so the soundproofing wasn't good. Also, the front desk woman in the morning wasn't very nice. No smile and she laughed at my request for a newspaper. Then, she kinda complained when I asked for a receipt and said i should have one in my email so I really don't need one from them.

This is for all hotels who list hot breakfasts on their websites but don’t follow through including Rossford! We were charged a $250 fee for smoking and NO ONE was smoking in the room; I asked for proof aka photos of the residue they claimed they found and they were NOT readily available to me, I was told I had to wait for the housekeeper to come in; if there are pictures not only should they be in the GM's possession BUT they should have already been sent to me to prove their case BEFORE my money was taken out of my account. Furthermore my room/party was split in to 2 rooms due to a water pipe bursting. I asked for my rooms to be together and they were on the opposite sides of the hall....NOT OKAY.ALICIA
