The accessible room shower was so much easier for short people — need to have this become the norm everywhere across all hotel brands cuz I know from long time experiences struggling to get the shower head moved or is set far too high

When we arrived only one room had been booked according to their records through Booking.com. Then they said they didn't have any rooms left. I had my copy of the email I received from Booking.com that clearly showed I had reserved 2 rooms. They charged me $139 per night to get another room. They said the error is because of something Booking.com did and NOTHING they can do?? They said I must contact your company to get a refund for the mistake. I felt robbed because they did not honor the price I booked the 2 rooms for. Instead of $534, it cost me another $69. I am very angry with who ever is responsible for making the error! I feel that if a company is going to use 3rd party agencies to book then they should take responsibility, regardless of how it happened!!
