Staying the night at the cabin was an incredible experience. Early in the morning you will hear many birds and monks singing. The staff was very kind and helpful. The owner arranged a taxi to take me from Tangalle and also arranged a safari for me which was really incredible! The food is also amazing and traditional with a huge choice. I had vegetarian breakfast as I requested, definitely not hungry, it was really tasty. I was really interested in elephants, so the staff gave me some really interesting research to read about releasing elephant orphans into the wild.Acharya - 10Scored 10

Such a cute little accommodation and amazing hosts! Made me tea in the morning and offered breakfast as an option. Its a unique stay and they even set up a Safari for me the next day and met and dropped me off right at the accommodation :) Great balcony - i hung my hammock and hung out there a lot. We ate all our delicious meals at the lodge - no need to go anywhere, just relax. Kuma's mother was such a kind woman. We received a very warm welcome with homemade juices and excellent service. Kuma was a very helpful host and organized the safari, visit to the elephant calf orphanage. He was very honest and transparent about everything that was important to us. Amazing value for money. Clean room with moskito net and AC. We had a welcome drink upon arrival and ordered dinner for the evening, which was also very good and plenty of food. Kuma organized a safari for us the next day. It was absolutely amazing! We had a long tour and breakfast was set up in a nice little campsite like a place in the jungle. We choose this property because of its location to the national park and the excellent safari reviews here. The room was spacious with good air conditioning, large bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities. They arranged our safari with our guide Nuwan, who is passionate about the park and animals, well-versed in flora and environment, and respectful of animals and the environment. We were lucky enough that he saw a leopard for us to see on our trip and that was the icing on the cake. Thank youikran

The outdoor bathroom is superb and an experience that enhanced the whole stay. The safari organised by the hotel was amazing, especially our driver/guide Perera shared a lot of information and showed us the best spots in the national park. The beds were very comfortable and there were relaxing chairs inside and outside of the tent. We can recommend this resort, especially because of the amazing value for money!
