Viswa residency is a lovely house. An age old style interior with modern amenities.
We went with a family of 5 and loved our stay here.
The location is not that great . However it is very close to the Srirmangam temple. Just a meters away.

1. Hot water, room A/c was working.

4. 2 Soap cakes and 1 water bottle supplied. For 2 people, 2 water bottles might be nice but not a complaint.
5. Reception staff checked the room and changed us to a room where A/c etc, were working properly and also helped us shift luggage from allotted room to the other and also provided us with alternate linen.
