the receptionist was really helpful to provide us with all the info about the hike to the volcano, and they made us the medical docs which are needed for the hike- it safes time at the entrance and its also cheaper, nice place, would totally recomend for couple of nights

They over charged by triple the reserved price. They also claimed I lied when I made a complaint to booking.com. Even though I have the receipt. Not only that, after I left, they had the cheek to say I never showed up. I have the receipt!!! What don’t they understand about that.
Also, the pool in the photos is not there.
These were very dishonest people. They are a bad example of homestays in Indonesia.
