Really nice hotel. Quite funky rooms.
Unfortunately due to my wife breaking her foot we had to give up our big room as she couldn't do stairs well but we were able to be moved to a ground floor room which worked really well for us, although we weren't able to get the difference refunded which was understandable.
Great staff, really helpful.
Would happily stay again and can heartily recommend.

The location was excellent as it's very close to a beautiful bay, lovely restaurants and a bus stop to explore the rest of the island. The design of the apartment is very tasteful and the view from the terrace is stunning. The host was very helpful in terms of directions and extending our stay.

- Very convenient location near Piso Livadi and quiet enough to relax at the same time
- Wonderful view
- Plenty of parking spaces in front of the rooms
- Fair price for what it offers
- The host was very kind. Even though we missed a day of our stay due to a ferry strike and had booked a non-refundable option, she offered to let us stay an extra day or in a bigger room.

The location was superb and the staff is one of the best we had encountered.
The hotel is brand new and promises to be exceptional as some finishing touches are yet to be completed as the restaurant is still under construction - however, they provide breakfast every morning-

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the charming port of Piso Livadi, and I was thoroughly impressed by its picturesque charm and delightful atmosphere. The small, cobblestone streets are lined with quaint bars and restaurant. each serving up a delicious array of local specialties. As the sun sets, the port transforms into a romantic haven, with twinkling lights and soft music setting the tone for a leisurely evening stroll. The restaurants are particularly noteworthy, offering a range of fresh seafood and traditional cuisine that's sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate. Whether you're looking for a quiet dinner or a lively night out, Piso Livadi is an absolute must-visit destination - I can't wait to return

Small harbour village on east of Paros, a lot quieter than Parikia or Naoussa but connected by good roads and bus service. Should be considered with Logaras about 1km to south along coast with superior beach and also bars and tavernas and a shop. There is a beach club beyond Logaras (Punda) but did not go there. The harbour front of Piso Livadi has a good choice of restaurants/tavernas/bars. The road to the pier is closed to traffic at night.

Small, attractive harbour, fairly quiet when we were there in September. Lots of choices of restaurants there and over the headland in Logards, within easy walking distance, which also had a good beach.

Quaint and very pretty.
Quaint and very pretty. Around 6 tavernas and cafes, all on the beach front. A bakery, very small supermarket in village and larger one 10-15 walk inland. 3-4 gift shops. Lovely to sit with a Freddocino and your toes in the sand! Another larger beach, Logaras, just 5 minutes walk around the point. Amazing food in the tavernas - we sampled calamaris, tuna, swordfish and octopus.

Piso Livadi is about twenty minutes drive from Parikia, the center of the Paros island. With buses that operate on reliable schedules, it’s a good choice for people who don’t drive.
It’s quiet and clean, small and pretty! Highly recommended for families with kids and lovers who seek a escape from crowd!

Piso Livadi is pretty quiet but very pretty with lots of wonderful restaurants. There’s not really any shopping there. You need a car or we hired a quad which was great fun & easy to get around to explore the island.
The owners were very friendly and helpful! The location was good because it was quiet and still you could be in less than 3 minutes by foot in the center of Piso Livadi plus there is a private parking in front of the studios. Our ground-floor apartment was well equipped, very clean (also due to fact that they were cleaning it every day), had a lovely terrace with flowers and shade and was spacious enough. I loved the fact that they have installed a mosquito net in every window. Overall it was great!
AMAZING !!! This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Everybody was so lovely and friendly and helped us with everything. We loved the little touches, like the introduction to the area, welcome fruits, and a going-away surprise =)
All facilities in the room were perfect. The rooms are a great size, all set up with a mini kitchen. Every detail had been thought and prepared for us just to feel at home. They even provided free umbrellas for the sun... BEST PLACE!!
The location is great with walking distance to the beach (1mn) and to Piso Livadi port where you can find nice restaurants.
The appartement is perfect with an amazing terrace and view on the sea and on the mountains.
Cleopatra is an amazing host, very welcoming, giving a lot of tips to visit the area and always available during your stay.
We will recommend this place to any people we know who will come to Paros.
Thank you again for your warm welcome!
The apartment was located right on the beach front. The sandy beach is picturesque and very family friendly. The bus stop is just metres away and there are a number of lovely restaurants along the shore. Piso Livadi is a beautiful and quiet village yet with the bus system, other towns are no more than 20 minutes away. The owner met us at the location and was very responsive when contacted. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Property location is typical for cyclada islands if you are out of bigger cities. Beach is 5 minutes walk, and Pasa Livade 15 minutes walk. Along the way there are restaurants on the beach. Villa has plenty of space, with well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus big family room/kitchen makes it really comfortable. Entry balcony is beauty for itself, either for morning coffee, or afternoon lunch or dinner.
Really nice hotel. Quite funky rooms.

Amazing location, if you can manage the steps. Every hotel-style room has a great view of the sea and harbor. It was nice to be a slight distance from the center of town and back from the main road, but still able to walk to restaurants, beaches, and even cafes and other towns inland if you feel like it. Our room seemed to have been renovated recently.
The house was overall good for our stay, beautiful, ample kitchen, two rooms, AC in each floor. The garden is a nice bonus. Everything needed for cooking already in the house, and some games for kids as well. Piso Livadi is a sweet little town with a beach sheltered from the winds. 5min walk from the beach. Private parking spot. Very quiet area.
The location of the hotel was amazing - we absolutely loved Piso Livadi. You are able to easily get buses from a local bus stop to other parts of the island which was great. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. They also provided water for the room which was very helpful during the high temperatures!
We had a wonderful time in Villa Mariliza a very nice place to live during vacation in Piso Livadi with your family or for lovers. We met Katerina, the owner, she was very nice and offered her help during our holidays. I can only recommend you to stay here everything was perfect.
This hotel was perfectly located right next to the beautiful beaches of Piso Livadi - the staff picked us up from the port and had fruits, biscuits, juice, water and coffee for us in the room. We loved this stay and would absolutely return.
Absolutely gorgeous location in Piso Livadi. View of the port. Heaters and AC. Great shower. Great beds. Fully equipped small kitchen. A garden patio with lounge chairs downstairs and a lovely balcony with dining table upstairs
The hotel was in a great location. Piso Livadi is a small resort on the Island. It had a great choice of restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The hotel pool was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Everything was great! The view of our room was stunning and the stuff really friendly. Also location Piso livadi was a very nice area, not crowded but also not empty. Was perfect and I would go again there.
The hotel is 2 min from Piso Livadi beach, restaurants and bus stop!
The staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is wonderfully prepared and delicious!
Very welcoming and helpful staff, and very good location in Piso Livadi. Private pool and public pool areas were nice. The room was big with a terrace.
