Great location. The hotel is a little tired in the rooms. The reception isn’t the most inviting when you walk down the path but inside is in keeping with the age of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the bar and garden area are fantastic. Especially if the weather is nice. The room I stayed in was large enough and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was a little dated and took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot. There was a sign advising it could take a few minutes, so it wasn’t a surprise. Breakfast was nice and straight forward. The waitress was very helpful and friendly.

The flat is in the centre of Ross on Wye so accessible to restaurants. It is on a busy road but the flat is amazingly quiet inside with the bedroom at the back. Very large and nicely decorated living space. Access to Netflix was appreciated. Good shower and comfortable bed. The flat has its own dedicated parking space 2 mn away.

Very easy to find, quiet lane just off main road. Good central location for attractions. Walking distance to great pubs, places to eat and the river. Excellent food, super helpful hosts. Cafe and art gallery on site so easy to get lunch, afternoon tea etc Great vegan and vegetarian food options.
