Every time I've stayed at the Trafford Hall Hotel, the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast staff were very helpful dealing with the needs of my young grandson but unfortunately the reception staff were not so helpful, I placed a garment for dry cleaning, was told it would be ready the next morning, but when i collected it the garment hadn’t been dry cleaned! I was NOT happy.

Staff very polite and helpful. Nothing to much trouble.
Breakfast was great lots of choice.
We also had a lovely lunch at the hotel.
Room was clean tidy and great view of Old Trafford.
Little extras in the mini fridge great.

Rooms are lovely spacious and comfortable and bathroom we had was large with a separate bath and shower .
Good selection of tea and coffee however they never leave enough milk as you need 2 per cup .
