I looked at the web description and it says they sleep 12.5 people, we are so disappointed to read this after we came home.

The absolutely beautiful, unspoilt views.
The absolutely beautiful, unspoilt views. The peace and quiet. The small village feel - yet wide open countryside. The warm Welsh welcome. The wildlife was incredible - especially if you like birds.
We didn’t visit much of the surrounding area (the place we were in was all we needed), but it was absolutely stunning to drive through the area.

Not sure I can review Lower Chapel, as last village name seen was Battle!
From Brecon I have travelled through Lower Chapel on my way to the mountain road for the Elan Valley and beyond, so Sunnyside Farm wasn't quite where I'd expected it to be. However, once found, happy days.
All positive, but don't trust SatNav and traffic dependant, try to arrive in daylight.
