This hotel was really good when judged against the limited service category. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, the staff were extremely personable, next to a pub that does food, and it has free parking.

Asked for a quiet room which I got, very comfy bed and blackout curtains so slept really well. Loved the bathroom and toiletries provided. Also loved the huge television at the end of the bed! Good location just 5 minutes walk into Richmond High Street and 10 minutes from the train station. Nice breakfast, all very well presented.
