The reception staff, especially Vikktoria, was very friendly and helpful. The dining staff was courteous and attentive. The room was comfy and there were treats as well.
Only issue we have is the shower curtain....that has to changed to possibly a glass one.

A weekend to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday. On arrival we were welcomed by the friendly atmosphere from all staff and shown to our room and what was available. We had a lovely large room overlooking the car park with a very comfortable bed and everything needed within the room. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and a superb evening meal in the bright & warm conservatory. Also nice to be able to eat breakfast outside on the terrace.
Front of House staff Alistair & Charlie were fun, accommodating and an incredible asset to the company.
All in all a lovely hotel to spend a night or even several nights in with everything that a guest could need.
