We had an adjoining family room. The room was so lovely and spacious. It was a shame we only used it for a few hours before heading back on Le Shuttle.

The staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel is very central in Arras but in a quiet neighborhood. The decor and carpeting is getting a little tired in one or two places but overall the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is served as a buffet, had a very good choice of a range of ingredients and was served until 10 am.
